Chapter 2 Development Update
Hey there!
I wanted to take a moment to post an update on the current state of development for Chapter 2 of Moontouched, as many here likely haven't had access to the updates that I post to Patreon.
Development of Chapter 2 has been severely impacted by my ongoing health issues this past year. I have a number of chronic health issues that worsened considerably after the release of Chapter 1. I'm still able to work on the project most days, and I've been dedicating myself to working through an extensive asset list of new hand painted backgrounds, CGs, and sprites. I'll continue to work on Moontouched come rain or shine, but know that the pace is currently slow as I navigate getting proper treatment.
As of writing this message, an Alpha build (the first draft of the chapter—just the text, no assets) has been live on Patreon for some time, and sits at just over 58,000 words. I'm also nearly halfway through the total asset list, and the large majority of the music is complete!
I'll make sure to post another update as we draw closer to the chapter's release. Thank you greatly for your support here through kind reviews and comments, and thank you for your patience.

The game was so amazing but please focus on your health man, we want the to continue for long run even we wait for a year per update it's ok just get better on your health

Take all the time you need, health is the priority ! I loved Chapter 1 so much, I don't mind waiting longer to continue the journey !
Take as much time as you need. For novels of this almost unheard of level of quality, I and many, many more fans would patiently wait years for just one more update! Just focus on your health, don't see the novel as more important than yourself, we would rather it be a delay than a hiatus or, worse, a cancel because ignored health issues became something way more serious.

Your health comes first. I'm not gonna lie and tell you that I wouldn't mind playing the full game ASAP because you've created something truly fantastic. Moontouched stands out among other works of its genre due to it's outstanding level of quality, the writing, the art, the soundtrack, the game is a gem an authentic artwork.
